Responsibilities:
Candidate should have strong Service Delivery Management and support experience with demonstrated ability of 15 years.
Should have prior experience working in a production support project
The day to day task requires the ability to tackle production down situations under tight SLA deadlines, Root cause, and problem resolutions. They should also follow up Proven skills on user documentation Experience in working on CRUD Operations and Data modeling
Solid grasp of various database design patterns and physical architectures for different use cases
Schema and architecture design working with application development team
Hands on experience in root cause analysis for business impacting issues
An agile mindset with experience working in Agile with good communication skills
Proven experience in working in Onshore-Offshore delivery model
Good knowledge in DW concepts SQL
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 05/23/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000 140,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant s applicable plans.
