ABOUT THE ROLE

The international and Wholesale division was established in 2023 to drive enhanced value for both our enterprise and each individual brand by expanding consumer touchpoints though countries, categories, and channels. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for the KnitWell Group Brands performance within Strategic wholesale partners. This role is the central liaison for all KnitWell activities and will be focused on enabling success with our key partners. This is a newly created role within a startup division that touches multiple functions across all KnitWell brands.


THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE


Results Orientation

  • Develop and deliver sales and profit goals for international accounts
  • Focus on both sell-in and sell-through

Wholesale Process

  • Ensure the sound execution of end-to-end wholesale process for international account partners
  • Ensure timelines are in line with the Brand Product Lifecycles to deliver strong brand presentations.
  • Coordinate market meetings across brands

Brand Presentation

  • Execute monthly floor sets within partner stores
  • Manage brand presentation standards for shop-in-shop locations
  • Utilize and develop marketing assets as needed
  • Ensure key Brand story alignment

Business Reporting

  • Develop and present monthly and seasonal business performance reports
  • Partner with international and wholesale partners to identify growth opportunities by department, analyze historical data, and identify emerging sales trends.
  • Conduct online and in-country market research to identify trends in the fashion apparel industry applicable to international locations.

Sourcing

  • Work closely with brand sourcing partners on inventory forecasting and pricing
  • Manage and communicate all assortment changes (late adds, early commitments, drops, sizes and delivery slides)

Order Management

  • Oversight of total order process, from intake to payment
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness for payments and any payment reconciliation

Relationship and People Management

  • Build relationships with key partners within international accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with brand merchandising, visual merchandising, sourcing, marketing, and finance
  • Manage and develop two direct reports who will be located out of country


YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization, with the ability to partner with cross functional leaders and teams across multiple brands, while managing and maintaining key relationships with external partners.
  • At least 2 years experience with international account management
  • Experience with women s specialty merchandising
  • Experience with Wholesale, Marketing, and Sales
  • People management experience
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Savvy and executive presence
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically: Mexico 2x/year, Ft. Meyers, FL 6x/year, select travel to NYC and Columbus, OH

  • The target salary range for this role is: $125,000
