Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Pricing sealcoat of existing customers
- Creating and maintaining a sealcoating schedule
- Invoicing and processing payments using QuickBooks
- Retrieving and calling back voicemails.
- Scheduling estimates for our estimators.
