We are currently looking for a Preschool Manager in Brentwood. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education. As the preschool manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool. The available position is for a term time only role

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the preschool is complying with all relevant regulations and policies
- Developing and implementing educational programs that are in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
- Managing the budget for the preschool
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:
- Experience in a childcare management position
- Be able to travel to Brentwood
- Level 3 in childcare
- good understanding of the EYFS framework
