Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Florida.
**position can be 100% remote, MUST be able to pick up equipment in Tallahassee**

Responsibilities: - Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
- Driving customer satisfaction by answering incoming inquiries via phone.
- Processing customer requests.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
- Documenting calls and creating workflows.
Qualifications for the position include: - Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in call center customer service position required.
- Understanding of Medicaid Programs preferred.
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
