We at Kelly Professional & Industrial are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to work at a premier manufacturing company in Rock Hill, SC. Shifts: Monday-Friday (overtime mantadory) 12 hr rotating schedule 7 am 7 pm 1st week 7 pm 7 am 2nd week Pay Rate: $22-$25 / hr Duties - Troubleshooting equipment, identifying root causes, and taking corrective action to resolve problems. - Recognizing quality issues and making necessary adjustments to ensure excellent product quality. - Performing general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and maintain process and product consistency. - Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to achieve and exceed production targets. - Performing material handling tasks, including proper packaging and labeling of products. - Repairing breaks in creel and throughout the production line by tying on or splicing ends. - Inspecting and splicing fiber from creel to winders according to production forms. - Maintaining a good work ethic and prioritizing a...Manufacturing Operator, Operator, Manufacturing, Staffing
