Construction Scheduler


Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for construction activities and reviewing any schedule changes to filed conditions and changes in scope.


Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facilities or public works projects
  • Identify relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types and performs Critical Path analysis and Earned Value analysis
  • Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for any change orders that affect the construction schedule; conducts schedule negotiations with the OAR and the contractor for any delay time settlements
  • Must have experience in vertical construction.
