REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. With a vehicle that never flies higher than a few meters off the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by mid-decade.

The Facility Operations Associate is responsible for the physical upkeep and maintenance of our facilitiesHandle deliveries, including receiving, sorting, and distributing packagesBreak down and remove all cardboard boxesAssembly of facility and office furniture Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to hanging shelves + painting, and coordinating repairs as neededSet up/break down and clean up meeting spaces and communal areas for staff gatheringsAssisting with office moves or rearrangements, involving heavy lifting and physical exertionForklift use may be required (Training will be provided)Performing regular inventory checks of facility items and maintaining the organization of storage areasCollaborating with the facilities team to ensure a safe and functional work environmentWill need to enroll in OSHA certification class (Company provided) . GED or High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience in general maintenanceThis role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess basic maintenance skillsFluency in English with ability to speak, read, and write effectively to perform the role safely and effectivelyThis position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver's license and will have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver's license when offered employmentThis position is required to be on-site 5 days per week at our North Kingstown (Quonset) headquarters. Technical Trade School diplomaExperience or certifications in ElectricalExperience with HVAC, Plumbing, and/or OSHA trainingPrevious experience working in a warehouse setting.
