The NetJets Senior UI Designer brings innovative digital experiences and interactions to life for our luxury brand.Be able to take established brand guidelines, and translate design across digital touchpointsBe responsible for creating hi-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and final design for in-house-developed applications,including Owner, crew, and employee-facing programs to enhances the experiences each of these user groupsCollaborate daily with Software Engineers/SCRUM Team, Researchers, Strategists, UX Director, Creative Directors, and Copywriters on executions of projects to confirm that final designed projects are aligned with project strategy, message strategy, and on-brand aestheticCollaborate with UX Design team to deliver user-centric solutions that enable connections in an on-brand wayWork with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on time and budgetHave strong problem solving skills and be detail-orientedAdvocate for and be the voice of the brand throughout the design processMentor new designers, interns and vendor representatives to keep assets aligned with final solution objectives and business goalsTasks and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, create, revise, and interate digital team interactive designs for NetJets branded digital propertiesWorks with the Scrum Team, Product Team, and Creative Team to ensure brand cohesiveness and intuitive user experience through final deliveryParticipate in strategy meetings to collaborate, share UI best practices, and ensure strategy and final work is aligned from first stageConcept, and create presentations on the visualization of future projects for executive reviewEducationBachelor s in Graphic DesignCertifications and LicensesYears of Experience4-6 years of experienceCore CompetenciesService-OrientedStrives For Positive Results
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
