Am-Gard has been providing security guard service to the southwestern Pennsylvania region for over 40 years. Am-Gards headquarters is located in Pittsburgh and we currently provide approximately 20,000+ hours per week of security services to customers throughout the region. **Job Skills / Requirements**
**Candidates must be able to do the following:**
* Maintain the security and safety of the hospital community
* Maintain a physical presence within the hospital facility; serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
* Contribute to the overall patient experience by providing excellent customer care
* Manage patient aggression
* Provide direction for patients that need immediate attention
**Requirements:**
* Keen attention to detail
* Integrity in all situations
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* To be at least 18 years of age
* A High School Diploma or GED
