We partner with major furniture and appliance retailers at over 200 locations across the country to provide warehousing and final mile delivery solutions. What You Will Do:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for specific duties as they relate to maintaining and coordinating cross dock operations and ensure its processes are safe and efficient. This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of UST s growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute
Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3.

Pay, Schedule, Benefits, and More:

  • Hourly pay of $16-17
  • Biweekly pay
  • Schedule Information: This is a 7 day operation, so flexibility is required
  • Elected benefits begin on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment

Position Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
  • Communicates with customer and delivery team manager on progress and potential delays
  • Completes any scheduled reporting
  • Directs and assists the drivers in completing their deliveries
  • Ensures all in-home damage claims are being properly handled
  • Ensures that all shipping goals are obtained daily
  • Inspects the prep lines to ensure they are complete and in good condition
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with all team members
  • Monitors routes through the routing system and maintains the tracking delivery logs
  • Oversees loading and unloading of all delivery vehicles
Requirements
  • Ability to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays Handle all needs of the customers
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Knowledge of DOT compliance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication
  • Previous experience in Distribution, 3PL, or In-home Delivery operations
  • Valid Driver s License
