Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Manage and lead a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain operational standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and control costs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
