A dynamic company within the Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS) sector is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Professional. This role is crucial for supporting the Private Bank/Wirehouse Channel and driving marketing and fundraising outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Field Sales: Assist field sales professionals throughout the fundraising and prospecting process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and enhance new and existing relationships with clients to achieve fundraising goals.
  • Market Insights: Provide updates on industry trends, strategic movements, and performance data.
  • Data Management: Use Salesforce for organizing meeting details and preparing relevant reports.
  • Follow-Up: Send detailed follow-up emails with customized data or research to clients and prospects.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing group events and updating the CRM to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial services; experience with bank platforms, RIAs, or private wealth clients is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative investments and a strong understanding of the private wealth landscape.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and advanced Outlook functions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence commercial outcomes.
  • Additional Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information, and fluency in Spanish.
