As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team and support our online retail operations on the Shopify platform.
Position Overview:
The Ecommerce Coordinator at Magnetic Me will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Shopify-based online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of ecommerce operations, Shopify platform management, digital marketing, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, prices, and promotions
- Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and conversion-focused storefront elements.
Inventory Management and Optimization:
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, minimizing stockouts, and reducing overstock situations.
- Coordinate closely with the inventory team to forecast demand, track stock levels, and streamline inventory logistics within Shopify.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in executing Shopify-specific digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize product listings and content for search engine visibility and sales conversion.
Collaboration with Design and Marketing:
- Liaise with the design team to brief assets required for the website and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination to align assets with marketing campaigns and store updates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on Shopify store performance, analyzing data such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior.
- Utilize Shopify analytics tools along with Google Analytics to gather comprehensive insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion paths.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing ecommerce stores on the Shopify platform.
- Familiarity with Shopify features and apps to enhance store functionality.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret analytics data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in digital marketing within an ecommerce environment is a plus.
