The role
- Assist with negotiation between candidates and hiring managers at clients
- Actively headhunting candidates for clients in the Technology, Life Sciences, Energy and Data Centres
- Working with the leadership team advising on training and recruitment within the organisation
- Managing customer supplier setup processes.
- Ensuring that new business is written in line with existing compliance frameworks across the UK, US, and mainland Europe.
- Looking after a team and gradually taking over house accounts (c250 runner book)
- Can take on anywhere between 3-9 heads + a Client Partner
- Challenge is to keep the experienced guys accountable, and to develop rookies from scratch which is the next phase of development in the team.
About you:
- At least 3 years Contract Management experience in a recruitment firm.
- Previous managerial experience would be advantageous
- Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Proven recruitment experience within the change and transformation sector
- 2+ years total experience within recruitment or human resources
- Proven track record of high revenue generating activity
- Experience in developing new client relationships
