The People Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in our organization, supporting HR-related functions with professionalism and efficiency. Working closely with the HR team, this position encompasses various responsibilities across recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.


Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and other tasks.
  • Liaison between vendors for HR, Recruiting, and Legal invoices and agreements.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal data, employment history, and organizational changes, while upholding stringent compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Schedule on-boarding and off-boarding meetings and prepare associated paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee documentation.
  • Prepare Recruiting/HR reports and presentations or other HR projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HRIS software, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, ensuring the integrity of HR information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $ 85,000 annually + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances for each case.
