Summary:
Apple Box Studios is a is a boutique advertising agency and creative management firm, currently seeking a Full Time Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the marketing industry.
This position includes all project and production management responsibilities required to service new and existing Apple Box clients including scheduling duties, cost tracking, budgeting, project documentation, project coordination between client and production partners/vendors, project elements and traffic. The Project Coordinator will work directly with clients, vendors, editors, writers, creative directors, video producers, art directors and graphic designers to accomplish company and client goals. Other duties include providing support for administrative, operations and business development functions.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Solution-oriented, results-oriented, resourceful
Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, PR/Media or related field
Ability to manage a wide range of people
Previous Project Coordinator experience is beneficial but not required
