**Fundamental Areas of Focus:**
* Responsible for driving sales to support ADAMA in achieving profitability & business goals
* Participates in development of product strategy for new & emerging products
* Provides leadership on demand generation targets for ADAMA branded & advanced products
* Assists in channel strategy initiatives
* Regional distribution and retail account management for key customers
* Driving differentiated business opportunities through regional centers of influence
* Works to position ADAMA products at the field level
* Support sales forecasting efforts & enters all CRM Data as required
* Partner with National Key Account Managers to ensure flow of information with key customers
* Provide inspiring interactions with our customers
* Provide technical & agronomic guidance
**Talent and Knack:**
* Bachelors degree with 2+ years of agronomy sales experience
* A professional salesperson focused on preparation and planning through customer follow up opportunities
