Job Summary:The Operations Manager supervises the overall success of the clinical (Long Term Care & Assisted Living) dining operation. Commits to exceeding the Dining Services vision to give our residents a place to celebrate their lives by offering them the freshest food, service, and nutrition in the industry. Supervises, trains, motivates, develops, and directs all dining team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation. Solves problems professionally, rapidly, and fairly. Builds and maintains rapport and relationships with Team members at all levels across the organization. Meets all regulatory guidelines.
