Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. seeks to add an Associate with experience in commercial and/or employment litigation to its Business Litigation group in Troy, MI.

Educational/Experience Requirements

• JD degree required with excellent academic credentials
• Must be licensed in the State of Michigan and be an active and in good standing member of the State Bar of Michigan
• 3-7 years of attorney experience
• Prior experience in commercial and/or employment litigation
• Aspire to conduct depositions, appear in court, and interact with clients and opposing counsel
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills are essential
• Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
