Friendship Village is searching for a part-time Rehab Cook to join our team!
**Position Summary:**
The Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items per standardized recipes and production sheets.
**You will, but not limited to**
Prepares all soups, stocks, and sauces; boils braises and roasts items as per standardized recipes.
Prepares food items following the production sheet for the Rehab Center.
Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved.

**Qualifications**
* A minimum of two years quantity cooking experience
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Some knowledge of nutrition and diet.
