Du-Co Ceramics is an established, family owned ceramic manufacturer.
**Job Requirements:**
* **All candidates must be able to work rotating shifts. (we rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)**
* **Must be able to work over-time as required.**
* **Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary.**
* **Must be able to follow work instruction and to keep accurate records as required.**
* **Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.**
* **Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.**
* **Must be able to perform visual quality checks.**
* **Must be able to wear required PPE.**
**Job Summary:**
* Labor intensive position.
* Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role.
* Must be able to carry 50 pounds and lift 100 pounds, frequently.
* Previous manufacturing and fork lift experience preferred but not required.
* Will be using various basic tools and equipment.
* These are not assembly line positions.
