RESIDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIESYou have a
Monday - Friday schedule but may need to work some weekends or evenings.
As a key member of our senior living facility, you help make sure our elderly residents are happy and healthy! Your days are filled with pleasant interactions as you warmly greet residents, form connections with them, and take care of their individual needs. Attentively, you work with residents to help them receive services related to home health care, pharmacy needs, social needs, physical therapy, etc. You collaborate with family members and advocate for each resident's needs, playing a critical role in their long-term happiness and well-being!
