Operations Manager Environmental Testing
Novaris Search is working in close partnership with an innovative, growth-minded provider of testing, inspection, and certification services. We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager, across the Environmental sector. This role in based in Indiana.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Direct a technical a team in microbiology testing within a laboratory
- Lead on financial acumen, i.e. budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
- Foster team morale and growth
- Expand on scientific approaches & capabilities
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
- BS degree minimum
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven operational excellence
