Receptionist
The Receptionist is tasked with the responsibility to greet everyone they interact with in a friendly manner while providing outstanding customer service to both internal employees and external stakeholders.
Basic Functions:
- Greet guests at door, sign them into guest log and provide visitor pass.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- Maintain, scan and email customer invoices.
- Mail and file vendor payments as directed.
- Maintain postage meter and related supplies.
- Order office supplies and maintain supply inventory.
- Stock fridges and coffee stations.
- Assist IT/ERP Coordinator with printer supplies and service.
- Maintain and match bills of lading and manifests to invoices for specified vendors, in coordination with accounting department.
- Perform Credit Reference checks for new customer accounts and load documents into ERP.
- Assist HR with copies and projects as requested.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Standard office environment
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong service orientation with high level of professionalism
- Understand and demonstrate high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
