YOUR MISSION
- Support the Global and North America production departments - Sportstyle, Running/Training, Basketball and ESports
- Serve as production assistant on local Boston-based shoots - coordination of models and crew, as well as running errands and product prep/lacing
- Manage in-house product-based shoots - hire external crew, manage scheduling of all stakeholders
- Discover and research new content creators for PUMA to work with
- Assist with sample inventory and shipping for shoots - liaise with global offices to locate product, maintain and organize the production storage room
- Provide office support for producers while they are on the road.
- Compile shot lists based on deliverables deck and creative direction
- Hard drive organization
- Coordinate vendor screenings and presentations
YOUR TALENT- Strong interest in production for video and photography
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Prior production internship experience preferred
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once (great time management is key)
- Proficiency in all Office Platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
