Responsibilities:
- Manage a team overseeing accounting tasks across multiple entities.
- Support business managers in accounting procedures for broadcast stations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports for strategic decision-making, owning month-end processes.
- Assist in developing annual budgets for performance evaluation.
- Ensure revenue recognition compliance and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax filings, staying updated on regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate financial insights.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;CPA preferred.
- 7+ years in progressive public accounting roles.
- Strong GAAP understanding and Excel proficiency.
- Experience with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
