Job Details

• Work closely with outsourced fund administrator.
• Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial statements, capital calls, and distributions.
• Partnership accounting for private investment funds, which may include alternative investment vehicle structures and various portfolio reporting.
• Cash management and treasury function exposure.
• 3+ years of relevant public accounting and/or alternative investment firm experience
• CPA required
• Working understanding of waterfall allocations and experience with investment fund accounting preferred.
