Job Details

All positions require that the applicant be a resident of Wyandotte county or willing to relocate within (12) months from the date of hire. As a condition of employment all employees must pass a post offer physical examination and drug screen. And submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.

Job Description:

• Performs daily maintenance for any equipment used.
• Performs minor field maintenance as needed.
• Loads and unloads stone, gravel, dirt, leaves, trash etc.
• Operates all vehicles rated at two tons or less.
• Operates all mowing equipment of 88 inches or less.
• Performs any duty which supervisor feels they are able to perform.
• Assists other employees as directed.
• Completes required paperwork as needed.
• Operates all trimmers, blowers and saws as directed.
• Removes all trash and debris as directed.
• Assists with snow removal.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or directed.

Qualifications:

High Diploma or GED required. Some experience with lawn maintenance tools, equipment, and materials; some knowledge of the safe operation of hand tools and gasoline powered equipment. Ability to understand and carry out oral instructions. Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work. Kansas Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain within 3 months from the date of hire.

Salary Range:

$21.97/hr.
