We have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [467] apartment units.

Our hourly pay rate is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week. Please review our corporate website , along with the website of the property to which you are applying.
Qualifications:
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Grounds care. Pick-up trash
- Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Understand company policies
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
