Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Andover, MA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, attending hearings, conducting research, negotiating, and handling various tasks related to the practice of creditor's representation. The role will involve providing legal representation to clients and assisting with litigation matters. Bar license in Massachusetts is mandatory. Additional Bar admission in the States of Connecticut and/or New Hampshire is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide sound legal advice
• Experience in conducting research and analyzing legal documents
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdictions (MA, CT, NH)
