**Major Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Adheres to and embraces the SmartBank Way by Acting Smart, Looking Smart, and Being Smart.

- Download files from companies and distribute daily cancel and download reports.

- Maintain expiration lists and allocate to each Account Rep.

- Prepare bi-weekly new business report.

- Pull production reports for RAI management.

- Update retail referral spreadsheet daily and maintain referral documents.

- Process payments daily and image work in AMS.

- Do daily deposits and balance RAI cash drawer.

- Review RAI bank accounts daily.

- Input and review payments from other branches.

- Sort and stamp incoming mail for Account Reps.

- Label and send outgoing mail for Account Reps.

- Send all vendor invoices to Accounts Payable for processing.
