Job Description
Ares Management is looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will support Corporate Functions across Business Operations with high visibility into strategy and new team initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the full life cycle recruiting process and build long lasting relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers, and various centers of excellence across the HR function. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor to business leads and key stakeholders, while sourcing active and passive talent, acting as a sourcing subject matter expert, communicating important market updates, and building out strong diverse talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will lead strategic recruitment and talent sourcing initiatives and provide exceptional client service, promptly addressing all related requests and queries, streamlining, and improving our recruitment processes to ensure best practices in a fast-paced rapidly growing environment.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process for entry-mid level roles across Ares' Corporate Functions
Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & HR Business Partner, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Operations teams to understand talent needs and deliver strategies and solutions for recruiting
Strategically source and develop a candidate pipeline through direct sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday ATS
Manage talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking and screening
Identify and implement diversity sourcing objectives in partnership with our diversity equity & inclusion team
Manage the communication flow in a timely manner between hiring managers and candidates
Advise hiring managers on considerations such as level, compensation, and responsibilities, to help attract, retain and develop top talent
Provide a high-touch experience to all candidates from application stage to offer
Understand the financial services industry market and create a strong external brand presence for Ares
Identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools through internal data and market research
Coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas
Identify opportunities to improve the overall recruiting and hiring experience for both managers and candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting, sourcing and client management experience, within the Investment Management, Private Equity or Investment Banking industry, within corporate, retained and/or contingent recruitment search
Knowledge of Boolean searches, creative & strategic talent sourcing methods
General Requirements:
Professional demeanor with a focus on client and candidate service while maintaining confidentiality
Ability to extract meaningful information from extensive research and analysis to effectively present facts and findings in a digestible format
Proven experience and passion for sourcing
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
Interest in building strong internal and external relationships to foster a solid reputation and network
Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player
Strong sense of ownership and accountability; demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$120,000-$140,000
