REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma/GED required.
* Food service knowledge.
* Computer experience helpful.
* One (1) to three (3) years of experience in fielding complex customer inquiries using acquired knowledge of experience to resolve situations.
* Able to think critically and solve problems.
* Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
* Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
* Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
