Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager + Assistant Store Manager in optimizing sales + client advisors, while ensuring a top-tier shopping experience while maintaining operational and visual standards. This role involves mentoring the sales team, addressing customer needs, and contributing to recruitment and training efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks and sales objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and direct the sales team.
  • Assist in sales advisor recruitment and training.
  • Manage client relationships and address customer complaints.
  • Conduct product knowledge training and gather feedback.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and enforce brand procedures.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of retail experience, specializing in RTW and/or Runway pieces.
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Strong clienteling skills and customer service focus.
  • Familiarity with VM reporting and rotations.
  • Fashion-savvy with excellent presentation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
