Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.What is this role?As a Maintenance Mechanic for Cirkul you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and maintenance of automated machine systems for use in a high speed manufacturing environment.What does an average day look like?Driving Results: Perform scheduled machine maintenance, repairs, and debugging technical issues with equipmentTaking Ownership: Show initiative and problem solve quicklyMaking Decisions: Demonstrate critical thinking with precise decision-making ability.Cultivating Relationships: Provide consistent communication for downtime issues as well as any relevant management of change notices for all related items.Instilling Trust: Complete detailed documentation of repairs and troubleshooting issues.Customer Focus: Assist with new technology, equipment upgrades or technology breakthroughs on existing equipment.Working only 14 days a month in a 4:3 rotating schedule.What background should you have?2-5 years of Mechanical and/or Electrical experience working with high speed types of manufacturing equipment on a day-to-day basis.Experience with machine control system components, such as motor controllers, variable frequency drives, servo motors, and inspection equipment is desired.Experience working with close tolerances in machine set-ups & process parameters, as well as standard manufacturing type equipment such as geared motors, conveyors, bearings, gears, drive trains, etc.Superb communication and organizational skills with the ability to clearly document production issues.Have the ability to be On-call as it is required as needed.What do we offer?
