We're seeking talented individuals to join our client s team as a Manufacturing | Production Technicians. This client specializes in crystal fabrication, utilizing cutting-edge equipment, and techniques to produce high-quality materials for various industries, where commitment to excellence, innovation, and safety is at the forefront.


Department: Crystal Growth

3rd shift (9pm. 9:30am - 7 on | 7 off Tuesday-Monday).

Location: Charlotte, NC. (Steele Creek area).

Starting Salary: $18+ |hr. (based on experience).


Job Duties:

  • various tasks within full-scale production manufacturing operations.
  • non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical assembly.
  • quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures.
  • in production scheduling, control, and material flow coordination.
  • and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.


Basic Qualifications:

  • School Diploma or equivalent.
  • with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • blueprint reading skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • degree in a technical discipline.
  • aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
