hrQ is currently working with a local San Mateo tech client to find them an extraordinary Benefits leader to manage their benefits for their 1300 employee organization globally. This organization is going through an HR transformation, elevating the function from being tactical to being a strategic partner to the business, and it is an exciting time to join!
Requirements:
They are in need of someone with 5+ years of global benefits, leave, workers compensation, and retirement plan administration experience
Working knowledge of Workday HCM
Bachelors degree
Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
Hands-on approach
Great relationships with benefits brokers in the past -able to positively maintain great relationships with vendors
This position is contract to perm. They are not able to support a 100% remote situation for this role, so please only apply if you are local!
