Prestigious AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of Project Finance experience to join its growing practice in New York City. This global team engages in some of the market's most sophisticated Project Finance transactions, with a strong Energy and Renewables practice.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in project development/finance. Experience with renewable energy transactions preferred.
- Possess a stellar academic record.
- Be qualified to practice in New York*
Base compensation starting at $250K+ and based on experience.
*Exceptionally qualified Australian and Canadian lawyers will be considered provided that you are eligible to sit the New York State Bar at the next available window.
