Core Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and product teams to conceptualize and storyboard video content for ZoomInfo University.

* Produce high-quality, short-form video content that effectively communicates complex concepts and product features in a clear and engaging manner.

* Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

* Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal and educational value of video content.

* Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video assets produced for ZoomInfo University.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, motion graphics, and animation to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.

* Manage video production projects from start to finish, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production tasks.

* Collaborate with external vendors or freelancers when additional support is needed for video production projects.

Minimum Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in video production and design, preferably in a similar role.

* A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and animation.

Technologies:

* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

* Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Motion, or similar applications.

* Familiarity with audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools.

* Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

* Understanding of video compression formats and delivery platforms for web-based content.

* Familiarity with video hosting platforms such as Vimeo or YouTube.

* Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for embedding videos in web-based learning environments.

This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our office locations - Waltham MA, Bethedsa MD, or Vancouver WA
