Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator at Tappan. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing the online sales platform, ensuring an excellent customer service experience, and maintaining strong communication with internal teams. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- 2+ years with Shopify building product shells, blog management, merchandising products
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Knowledge of contemporary art and the art market is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of project management
- Basic HTML experience
- Experience with Photoshop
- Experience with Asana or similar task management system
- Understanding of visual merchandising
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and resolve potential issues before they happen
- Passion for User Experience and a desire to learn
