We are actively seeking a sharp, enthusiastic, and organized Creative Recruiting Coordinator to join our Syndicatebleu division to help support our team of Account Managers in placing creative freelance opportunities with our clients in advertising, media, fashion, e-commerce, and more!

We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami, and New York.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team and directors
  • Managing scheduling on Outlook
  • Helping with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
  • Sending out interview and placement confirmation details
  • Providing backup support to the Account Managers on any client or candidate calls
  • Updating our internal database with new business leads, job orders, and candidate information
  • Serving as the main point of contact for weekly payroll/timesheets
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and running background checks
  • Partnering with Compliance on any on-boarding paperwork or processes
  • Collaborating with our amazing team to develop creative recruiting solutions
  • Preparing marketing materials for client visits and networking events
  • Generating sales leads and candidate referrals
  • Building a pipeline of reliable, personable, and talented freelance candidates
  • Drafting eye-catching email blasts and candidate biographies


Position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-3 years of administrative or HR internship experience; recent and eager college grads are welcome to apply
  • Background or interest in advertising, marketing, PR, media, fashion or entertainment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of organization and follow-through
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
  • Creative with an enthusiastic and confident demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
