The room attendant will ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, event spaces, and hallways while maintaining the lodge's high standards of excellence. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including shower areas, toilets, sinks, and fixtures, to guarantee they are immaculate and well-equipped with amenities.
Replace towels, linens, and other room essentials with fresh, high-quality items to provide guests with a luxurious experience.
Restock literature such as brochures and magazines, making sure they are neatly displayed and current.
Handle delicate and valuable items with care when cleaning and arranging guest rooms, paying close attention to detail.
Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness and organization in storage areas like linen closets, supply rooms, and housekeeping carts.
Adhere to established protocols and procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and waste safely and responsibly.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to promptly report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns or issues, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for guests at the luxury hotel.
Qualifications
Must be capable of handling a fully loaded housekeeping cart weighing up to 50 lbs. on inclines both up and down.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift is required.
Some cleaning duties, like scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and bed-making, may involve repetitive motions.
Should be able to bend down, kneel, and stand up frequently throughout the day.
Required to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
