A Leading Manufacturer in the health, wellness, CBD, Supplements, and Cannabis products industry is looking for a Full-Time, Employee for a Savvy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Southwest Cincinnati, Ohio.
THIS IS NOT A HYBRID POSITION. 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN CINCINNATI.(NON-NEGOTIABLE)
MUST HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE WITH COMPANY EXITS OR ACQUISITIONS.

The Company combines the expertise and quality standards of a leading supplements manufacturer with the heart and soul of a mom-and-pop shop. FDA registered, GMP UL certified, and holding both an Ohio Department of Agriculture Hemp License and a Food License, we are dedicated to producing high volume gummy bears, liquids, and capsules. Our operations are bolstered by advanced manufacturing capabilities, including liquid bottle filling, gummy and capsule bottling, and labelling lines. Despite our sophisticated setup, we operate with the personal touch, flexibility, and commitment of a small business, running two shifts five days a week to meet our customers' growing needs. While we are licensed to manufacture a range of cannabis products, our focus has been on mass market health, wellness and CBD based products.
Role Overview:
As CEO of the Firm, your primary responsibility will be to lead the company through a period of strategic refinement and deliberate advancements across our executive team, product offerings, and operational processes. The focus will be on controlled growth to expand our client base while improving our operational efficiency in preparation for a successful exit.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a CEO or equivalent senior management role, with a history of reporting to a board or shareholders.
- Successful track record in building and leading an executive team.
- Direct experience with company exits or acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of the supplements industry or similar fields.
- Entrepreneurial drive with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
