ATI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Enterprise Architecture to join our team. This role focuses on both application and data architecture domains, playing a crucial part in promoting architecture governance, fostering cross-functional team collaboration, and facilitating the delivery of comprehensive solution architectures. The successful candidate will drive our Digital Transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment of application and data architectures with our business goals and technology roadmap.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Define and execute application and data architecture strategies that align with the companys digital transformation goals.
+ Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that incorporates application and data architecture principles, enhancing data quality, accessibility, and system integration.
+ Lead collaboration efforts across IT and business units to address complex challenges in application development and data management.
+ Guide the creation of architectural documentation, including application design patterns, data models, and system integration diagrams, to support robust governance and data management practices.
+ Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for application development and data architecture, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and operational requirements.
+ Mentor and develop the application and data architecture team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
+ Provide architectural oversight and support throughout project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
+ Keep abreast of industry trends in application development, data architecture, and digital transformation, leveraging insights to propel the company forward and advance ATIs objectives.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions. This experience should include some of the following:
+ Application architecture principles, patterns, and technologies (e.g., SOA, microservices, cloud-native architectures, unified namespace/UNS architectures).
+ Data architecture principles, data modeling, data quality, and data integration concepts.
+ Practical application of industry standards best practices & schemas (e.g., OAGIS BODS, B2MML).
+ Enterprise integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, service bus, messaging).
+ Manufacturing/shopfloor systems integration, Industry Internet of Things (IIoT).
+ Cloud computing platforms and services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
+ Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and addressing complex technical challenges.
+ Experience in overseeing digital transformation projects and incorporating emerging technologies into enterprise systems.
**It would be a plus if you had:**
+ Masters Degree
+ TOGAF or other relevant enterprise architecture certifications
