All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS* Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures* Landscaping duties include: mowing, raking and weeding and divot repair of the golf course and outside common areas on club property* Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products* Maintain a clean, safe work environment* Greet members and guests through-out the property* Understand and anticipate the needs of the property* Be attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through* Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner* Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training* Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response* Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings* Additional hours will be required during aerification and other special projects
