FRS Partners is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Lead for the Charlotte FRS branch. In this role, you will be responsible inventory and logistics. Your goal will be to deliver delightful customer service by maintaining customer relationships and processing orders correctly and efficiently in ways that align with FORSHAW's Mission, Vision, and Values.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of pick, pack, and shipping accuracy; basic computer skills, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. You must have a high attention to detail and be a strong contributor to succeed in this role.

Requirements
- Handle all picking, packing and shipping of products via LTL and UPS
- Be responsible for inventory received, placement, product counts, and upkeep
- Maintain shipping documents before and after deliveries
- Establish and maintain good customer relations by communication in person with customers, providing information on ordering and delivery times
- Take customer product orders to back up Customer Service Rep and Salesperson
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed
- Comply with all DOT and OSHA regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer experience or knowledge a plus
- 5 Years Warehouse experience including forklift and pallet jack
- Respond to official inquiries and make entries on reports and records
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public
Physical Requirements- Routinely bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Acclimate to Warehouse temperatures which may vary with season
