- Contractor will have a mentor for the first few months
-Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
-Assist with fleet maintenance
-Perform basic repairs on buildings
-Respond to service calls

Required Skills & Experience
-must be adaptable and punctual
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-must have own transportation and be able to get to the work before 7AM every morning
o Schedule M-F 6:45AM - 3:45PM
-Valid drivers license and clean driving record
-Experience usings hand tools and power equipment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Apprenticeship or experience in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical trade
o 2-3 years preferred
-Degree or certification from technical college
-Experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance
-Experience in troubleshooting and repair of equipment
-Knowledge of building codes (electrical, plumbing, heating/ventilating & air conditioning-HVAC), and building
