**Mission of Role**
Play an integral role in building the future of financial services. We are looking for an experienced and talented Customer Support Associate (Chinese Speaking) to join our core team.
Be proficient (native speaking) in Chinese and English languages.
Engage with our customers through support channels: email, chat, video, and audio support
Ensure that all support KPI's are met and customer issues are resolved in a satisfactory and timely manner
Engage with customers using the communication methods preferred to resolve all customer issues.
Communicate issues with technical, finance, compliance, or executive teams as necessary.
**What You Will Need to Have**
College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion.
Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
Passion and understanding of AltaFin's mission and values.
Proficient in basic computer skills and the latest work tools: Slack, Discord, Chat, Video.
Must be comfortable on video calls. This is a customer facing role.
