**Location:** Caribe Royale, Orlando, FL
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional guest service with a smile!
* Answer the phones and accurately take the food and beverage orders
* Check with previous shift for any amenities or guest requests, communicate changes or requests to management and kitchen staff
* Maintain proper phone etiquette
* Ensure that payment is received and/or posted to the guest folio
* Maintain a clean and safe atmosphere for guests
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
**Job Qualifications:**
* Must be a team player
* Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Stand and/or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
* Strong communication skills are required
* Only candidates who meet the above qualifications will be considered
**Hourly Rate: $11.00 + Tips**
